Anger is an emotion that all of us experience. It’s quite normal to feel anger at certain situations or things in your life.

But anger becomes like a curse for some people who are getting it all the time and unable to stop it. Anger is becoming a big problem after the covid19 because of people feeling lonely and depressed due to lockdown.

Reasons for being angry

Being disrespected or treated unfairly

In covid pandemic, many people lost their jobs, were demoted, and feels work pressures. While working from home it’s being very difficult to share your work-life issues with the family. At the office you have colleagues and friends with them you can share your problems but at home, it’s not that easy to share all the things frankly.

The easiest way to handle this is to not take anything so seriously. Just focus on big goals, make good friends share your thoughts, and just be happy.

Hostile

Being hostile or stuck within some situations increases the anger in the mind and you expressed it in the wrong place.

Hostility is one of the worst situations and it just kills you from inside, this not only affects you but also affects your dear loved ones.

One of the most useful things to do at this level of anger is to step away and come back to the situation later.

Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep is one of the major reason for being angry. In the world of technology, people are stuck with work, entertainment, and so many other things and didn’t have the time for proper sleep.

By leaving sleep it’s very common that you will feel angry, stressed, and unhealthy. sleep is the most important activity for our body’s overall health. Taking proper sleep is really important for good health.

Anger is common in certain situations but it is more like a curse if it becomes a habit. So don’t make it a habit. Be a good listener, do meditation, listen to music, go for a walk and just keep debugging.
