6 Steps To Train Your Brain To Focus

Being focused is really difficult in this distracting world but there are few steps which will help you to train your brain to focus.

In the early days of his business Bill Gates thinks that Warren Buffet does not have any knowledge or skills, he is just earning with the help of luck.

But when Bill meets Warren in a business meetup, one person asks both of them to write one thing which makes them successful.

Bill and Warren both wrote the same word ‘focus’.

From that day Bill and Warren becomes very good friends.

So you have to be focused for getting success in your life.

You can’t achieve anything in your life without being focused in life.

In this world of distraction being focused is really difficult, we have lots of distractions in today’s world like social media, web series, movies and other things.

There are some general steps which we all can do for getting a focused mind.

Step 1- Take Proper Sleep

Taking proper sleep is the most difficult task these days because of so much digital interaction and workload.

Every millennial should take at least 6 hours sleep to get fresh.

If you are not getting proper sleep so it’s being really difficult.

For getting proper sleep you can start doing meditation and start doing some exercises or can take a small walk.

Step 2- Schedule Your Day

Scheduling your day is really important’ you have to pre-decide your day for being focused on your tasks.

You can schedule your day the previous night or same day in the morning.

Arrange your tasks as per their priority and stick to it.

Make a flexible schedule and give time to relax yourself.

if you didn’t take the breaks then you are unable to complete even a simple task.

Step 3- Switch off Your Digital Distractions

Turning off these digital distractions looks very easy but it’s not that easy, you will see how addicted you are for these digital devices.

You can start with turning off your email and social media notifications while doing the tasks or doing something important like eating food.

Don’t give chance to others to distract you from achieving your goals.

Step 4- Identify What is Distracting You.

Make a list of things which are distracting you from being focused. make a journal and start writing your day whether it’s successful or failure write everything honestly.

Suppose using Smartphones all the time is your weakness.

So write that I will not use the smartphone for more than 4 hours.

When you know your weakness so it will become easier to train your mind for being focused.

Step 5- Be Distractful

Yes, you may think why I am saying you to be distractful but it’s really important to being distractful

Taking distracting breaks will improve your productivity.

Talk to your friend or go for a walk , play any game or watch any good movie. will help you to be focused.

Step 6- Practice the above steps

By reading several articles or watching videos will not train your mind for being focused, for being focused you have to start following the above steps.

Waiting for taking steps which can improve you is really bad don’t wait for this and start following these rules from today.

I know being focused is really difficult in the world of distraction but it becomes very easy if you make it a habit.
